April Marie Holland is a multi-talented powerhouse mother who blends beauty, entrepreneurship, and advocacy in every aspect of her life. By day, she is a skilled and passionate hair designer, crafting stunning looks for her clients, while also focusing on hair care that promotes healthy hair. By night, she serves as the CEO and operator of **Hair Honey**, a brand that has taken the beauty world by storm.
As a former co-owner of All Doll'd Up Beauty Bar and Diva ER Salon Suites, April pivoted from her successful brick-and-mortar business to delve deeper into her true calling: empowering Black women to prioritize self-care, mental health, and their own sense of power. Through her work and her voice, April challenges the status quo, inspiring women to care for themselves, stand tall in their rights, and embrace their inner strength in a world that often demands too much.
April is also the voice behind the dynamic podcast "Handle Her With Care," which delves into the unique experiences of Black women, providing a soft space for self-care discussions and celebrating Black families, good businesses, wealth, and health from a fresh perspective. Whether she’s hosting insightful episodes, caring for someone's crown, or delivering impactful public speaking engagements, her mission is clear: to elevate Black women, inspire all women, elevate their confidence, and create a space for healing, wellness, and power.
